Great week of Jiu Jitsu training last week, only trained 4 days, but supplemented with push – ups and kettlebell training. I am not allowed to run or jump because I had a bone removed in my foot. Still averaging 25 net carbs per day and about 2,300 calories. I am trying to eat whipped cream to boost my fat intake. 8 oz of Kalona Supernatural Heavy Whipping Cream, Organic Vanilla, Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, and Organic Stevia. Sometimes I add Rapunzel Organic Cocoa Powder. I also add berries if I have room in my carbs for the day.
